Housing

When the Batwa were still in the forest, they used to stay under big logs, under big trees. When they were evicted from the forest, life became complicated for them; to get where to stay, they needed to build houses, which they were not used to.

So they established small makeshift huts to stay whereby the huts got congested with their big families. You find a family of 10 members living in a small hut.

We would like to find organizations or partners to help build them abit bigger, sustainable houses.
